Recreational and Competitive Team
During the summer, workouts for the Recreational Team and Competitive Team will focus on skill acquisition. There is a list of skills needed for each level in the office. These are the skills gymnasts will work on the most. Current routines will continue to be part of workouts for conditioning. The week of June 24-28, each gymnast will have a placement test for August classes. This test will be done during normal workouts. Once the teams are formed in August, gymnasts will refocus on routine development. A formal Intersquad meet will be held toward the end of August to make sure all gymnasts interested in competing are placed in the appropriate class.
USAG and State registrations as well as uniform orders will be completed by the first week in September 2019.
If you have any questions on the requirements, please contact our office.
Summer is the best time to increase skill levels, get stronger and become more flexible. We understand the difficulties of staying in town and on a schedule, but we have two week-long breaks during the summer. Use this time to relax! Hopefully, gymnasts will get some rest, but still work on flexibility when not in the gym.
Monthly tuition fees are based on the set number of hours per week that a gymnast attends. Please inquire at the office for rates.
